There is no app specifically looking for products to replace ingredients depending on each person's needs.
The goal was to build a cross platform tool to solve a problem that is find the right ingredient or product that fits the user special diet.
In my interviews, I've identified people who struggle to find the right ingredients to meet their dietary needs, so they choose to buy ready-to-eat products, particularly processed foods for specific diets.
5 respondents took part in the survey with an average age of 32 years old. People who have special diet needs or allergy of food.
A low-fidelity prototype based on the wireframes and the Initial design concepts was build it on the next phase.
Based on the insights from the usability studies, I applied design of the Home screen with elements and colors providing a final version.
After all phases was time to convert all designs in Responsive Website. Our research showed that we could add more information as tips, recipes and curiosities.
During the project, I managed to evaluate the market, do a user survey, create wireframes, build a set of low fidelity prototype, test them and convert into design/mockups, connect them into a hi-fi prototype and perform the last usability study.
This project demanded time-consuming but it was a very insightful journey.
