One of the primary issues with the old website was the interface and development, both of which were not focused on accessibility and user experience, making it difficult for users to navigate and find the correct information.
Conducting a small-scale research we have designed a clean website using more convenient UI and using breadcrumbs to guide users into the flow of the wizard tool. Project focus in mobile-friendly and accessibility. All developed in a new CMS technology.
Before starting work on the design, we conducted user research with clients. The goal was to provide insight over pain points on the old website and help us build a user-friendly interface.
Based on all information provided after conduct survey and interviews we were able to create an empathy map, personas, user stories and build a problem statement.
After analysing the usability studies, identify user's pains and needs we summarized into a few requirements and goals such as: Simple and clean interface, Users sees his progress and Accessibility.
Our design emphasized simplicity and clarity in content combined with UI for intuitive interfaces, UX to facilitate the user journey, and prototyping for testing.
According to some research, a website with mobile responsiveness is crucial as 47% of our visitors are mobile users and this number is increasing every year.
We incorporate features like keyboard navigation, alt text for images, clear and consistent titles, and well-structured content to make the site as accessible as possible. Additionally, we conduct user testing with individuals with a variety of disabilities to collect valuable feedback and make iterative improvements.
After 6 months of the first country live. We saw a considerable increase in conversion rate and SEO traffic.
Chat and "Call me back" features also turned out in precious leads for our clients.
We manage 11 websites and more than 30 landing pages. A/B testing, research and analytics are an important role for our team to continue improving and growing.
In conclusion, we believe that the design process ensures that the website complies with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines standards.
The great team effort until the end was paid off with great results in just 3 months after the project went online.
